Dawn until Dusk (06 at 9) - Everyday we need to ask questions about ourselves and our ministry.

10 Questions That Can Make a Difference (09 at 7) - Take the time to answer the questions and your ministry will be enhanced.

Teamwork in Ministry (10 at 8) - Modeling a servant heart with humility is a must in ministry.

Is Anyone Watching? (08 at 7) - Use this for yourself or your teens.

How is God Working in Your Life and Ministry? (04 at 8) - Do you feel as though God is working in your life and your ministry? Do you feel as though God is working in the lives of your teens? God is so awesome, turn Him loose and let Him work.

How Am I Really Doing? (02 at 9) - The process you are about to go through will take time and thought. However, it is our belief that you will benefit greatly if you take it seriously and focus on your teens and how you are ministering to them as you work through each area.

Guidelines from God (01 at 9) - Do you feel as though you are becoming spiritually stagnant? Have you ever thought how nice it would be if God would just give you a short set of guidelines to help get you back on track?

It's a New Year! (12 at 6) - One of the great things about the New Year is that it gives us the opportunity to make changes in ourselves, families and ministries. We all know that we could make changes anytime but the New Year just seems the right time so let’s take full advantage of it.

Dawn 'til Dusk (11 at 9) - As we close out 2007 we need to look back and see how we as youth workers and our ministries have grown spiritually. We will look at different areas of our lives and ministries and try to pinpoint our growth.

Let's Get Practical (10 at 9) - Today’s D2 is one that is so practical that you might think I don’t even need to deal with this. Just hang with us, it may be practical and seem elementary but the areas we will cover are areas that are needed in all youth ministries.

Living and Loving Life (07 at 7) - Do you know what the Bible says is most important in the life of a Christian? Do you think its how much money we make or how many material possessions we posses?

Multiply Yourself (05 at 3) - It has been said by youth ministers for years, “I really need to multiply my ministry.” It has also been said that the best way to multiply your ministry is to begin by multiplying yourself.

GOD, I WANT TO ASK YOU A QUESTION (04 at 5) - At some point in time in my ministry I have wanted to ask God a few questions. Why did Pete have to die with aids? Why did Janet leave the church after we worked so hard to lead her to you? Why did that car crash have to claim Oney’s life? Why are people hungry in our city? Why? Why? Why?

Just a Thought (03 at 5) - I was recently asked by one of my student’s if I would answer a few questions for Bible class credit at her school? I agreed and so the process began. As I read through the questions my first thoughts were, “this is going to be a piece of cake” or “I think I can do this pretty quick.”

What Does the Lord Require of You? (02 at 5) - If we are going to be serious about youth ministry we must ask ourselves, “What does the Lord require of me?”

The Choice is Yours (01 at 7) - Just like any other profession, as youth ministers we make a lot of important choices. We decide what needs to be taught from one quarter to the next. We decide which events will help our group grow closer to God and follow the example of His Son. We also make decisions that will make an impact on our lives as youth ministers.

How's Your Knee-Mail? (12 at 4) - How is your prayer life? Are you growing closer to God through prayer? Is your youth group growing closer to God through prayer? If not, what can you do to change things? What can you do to improve your relationship with God?

Developing your Christian Graces (12 at 1) - Dawn till Dusk Get Away With God Individual One-Day Spiritual Growth Retreat   The D2 retreat is a time for you to be totally alone with God.  All you will need is your Bible, notepad, a great attitude, and any other resources you feel you might need to study God’s Word. Suggestions: 1.     Find an empty room in your church building.  Pack a lunch, etc.

Taking Care of the Needy (12 at 1) - What are you and your youth group doing to help the needy? There has never been a time when God was not caring for the needy. From the beginning He has had a great desire for us as Christians to take care of those less fortunate that we are.

Personal Responsibility (12 at 1) - Paul, the apostle to the Gentiles, wrote to the Romans, “For Macedonia and Achaia have been pleased to make some contribution for the poor among the saints at Jerusalem; they were pleased to do it, and indeed they are in debt to them, for if the Gentiles have come to share in their spiritual blessings, they ought also to be of service to them in material blessings” (Romans 15:26-27).

Five (12 at 6) - Dawn till Dusk Get Away With God Individual One-Day Spiritual Growth Retreat   The D2 retreat is a time for you to be totally alone with God.  All you will need is your Bible, notepad, a great attitude, and any other resources you feel you might need to study God’s Word. Developing Your Gift of Teaching (12 at 6) - Have you ever felt like you have several talents (not money) but are not using them to the best of your ability? Do you ever feel guilty because God gave you certain abilities and you seem to put them on the back burner?

The Stress of Youth Ministry (05 at 7) - The Stress of Youth Ministry   D2 Dawn ‘til Dusk Get Away With God Individual One-Day Spiritual Growth Retreat   Do you feel like you’re under a lot of stress?  If you have been in youth ministry for at least two weeks, you probably know what stress is all about.

Checking Your Knee-Mail (05 at 7) - Checking Your Knee-Mail   D2 Dawn ‘til Dusk Get Away With God Individual One-Day Spiritual Growth Retreat   Do you feel as though you’re prayer life is growing?  Do you feel as though your youth group’s prayer life is growing?  What does a growing prayer life look like?  How do you grow in your prayer life?  How does a youth group grow in their prayer life?  What do you plan to do when you or your youth group does not grow in their prayer life?  Now that you have thought about the above questions, take time

Just Think About It! (05 at 7) - D2 Dawn ‘til Dusk Get Away With God Individual One-Day Spiritual Growth Retreat   There are often times in my ministry when I feel as if I am totally off track and need to be reminded of my real priorities.  This D2 is somewhat different from the others because we are going back to basics.    Do you ever become discouraged and feel like you don’t really need to be doing youth ministry?  We want to help you get back on track and think about the things that motivated you when you first started.  We know

Working as One (05 at 7) - D2 Dawn ‘til Dusk Get Away With God Individual One-Day Spiritual Growth Retreat   In youth ministry, as in other professions, it is very common that we work closely with others. The longer we work together the more we depend on each other and the more decisions we will need to make together.
